After School Cookery Club

Brackenfield's Mini Chefs enjoyed making "honeyed vegetable skewers' in this week's Cookery Club. The children carefully chopped a variety of vegetables, dipped them in a delicious marinade and threaded them on to their skewers. Once in the oven the children prepared a dip using creme fraiche, chives and mint. Finally the children got to taste their hard work.... delicious!
